Our Counselling Service is directed by
Matt Goss

Matt Goss is an experienced and Accredited BACP counsellor self employed who has spent several years working in private practice as well as for the NHS, providing both short and long-term therapy to adults. In addition to his work with adults, he also works with children and young people, utilizing a variety of non-directive play and art therapy techniques.

Counselling is a valuable tool that allows individuals to explore their emotions, relationships, behaviours, and to develop strategies for coping with difficult situations, managing emotions, and improving their overall well-being. Counselling can be helpful for a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship problems, grief, and life transitions.

Matt approaches counselling with empathy and a non-judgmental attitude, creating a safe and confidential space for clients to work through and explore their issues at their own pace.
